How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location:

  • Canada/Australia: 10 business days
  • New Zealand/Europe/UK/United Arab Emirates: 8-11 business days
  • Singapore: 6 days
  • Isreal: 14 business days
  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is currently free for orders shipping to selected countries! 

 

What if my order is lost or delayed?

Most orders arrive on time, but if yours is delayed:

  • Check your tracking link (sent via email).
  • If your package is past 5 business days from the estimated delivery date, contact uswell investigate and assist.
  • If the package is confirmed lost in transit, well issue a full refund or provide store credit. 

 

Will I have to pay international textes or fees?

Most of our orders ship tax-free (Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore). However, please check your local customs rules — any duties, taxes or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and depending on your country, customs fees, import duties, or additional sales taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in our pricing.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, fees or taxes.
  • We recommend checking with your countrys customs office to understand potential charges before ordering.

 

What if I don't like my item - can I return or replace it?

Please note that as a small studio we currently do not offer returns & refunds. Due to the environmental impact and the logistics involved in returning small goods, we've chosen to keep things simple and sustainable. Thank you for supporting mindful shopping — and for your understanding!

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with your order number, pictures of product and packaging to hello@studioarkle.com within 5 days after delivery and we'll assist you as soon as possible.

 

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we cant guarantee cancellations or modifications.

Do you only offer phone cases for iphones?

Studio Arkle focuses exclusively on Apple devices to ensure the best fit, durability, and design. By specializing in iPhone cases, we can curate precision-cut designs and exclusive styles that perfectly complement iPhones. While we currently don’t offer cases for other phone brands, we’re always exploring new possibilities—please stay tuned!
